What Vetocare is

Vetocare is aimed at small practices, animal physiotherapists and solo professionals who want patient management without a heavy back office. It is easy to start, easy to leave, and priced accordingly.

We are not going to argue with their price advantage. The question is what you need alongside the patient file.

On price, plainly

Vetocare's entry plan costs a fraction of ours, and their ladder adds invoicing, then accounting integrations, at each step, with a flat team plan above and support staff counted in the plan. Ours is one price per veterinarian — 79 EUR solo, 59 EUR then 39 EUR as the team grows, capped at 390 EUR per site — with the whole Belgian back office and unlimited staff accounts inside it.

If monthly cost is the constraint that decides, they win it — the only honest question is whether the entry plan carries everything you need. We do not print their figures here; Vetocare publishes theirs, ours are on our pricing page, and the worked arithmetic is in what the software really costs.
