What is metered, and at what price
Two things cost us money every time you use them, so we meter them instead of hiding them in the price. The bundles below cover normal practice use — you only pay for what goes past them, and only at the rate we pay.
- SMS reminders — 200 per vet per month included, then €0.06 each. Email reminders stay unlimited.
- Peppol documents — 50 per vet per month included, then €0.20 each. Invoices to pet owners are not Peppol documents and never count towards it.
- Everything else is unlimited: clients, animals, consultations, imaging studies and the storage they need, and staff accounts.
- The €390 site cap is a cap on the licence. Metered usage above the bundles is billed on top, at the same rates.
New graduates
Free for your first twelve months, then half price for your first full year. No minimum term, ever.
Switching suites
We migrate your data for free. Moving practice software usually costs €400 to €600 elsewhere.
Prices exclude VAT. Billed monthly, cancel anytime — no minimum term, no setup fee, no per-assistant charge and no module add-ons. SMS and Peppol documents above the included bundles are billed per use at the rates above, and appear as separate lines on your invoice. Multi-site groups and chains: talk to us for a tailored quote.
Why the price falls instead of rising
Every Belgian competitor but one prices per veterinarian on a degressive scale, so we do too — a five-vet practice does not get five times the value of a solo vet.
Where we differ is the second axis. Most of this market also charges per assistant, per receptionist and per module. That is where a quoted 40 EUR becomes a real 200 EUR, and it is the number practices only discover on the second invoice.

Pricing questions
Is there a minimum term?
No. Billed monthly, cancel any time, no setup fee. If the product is not working for you, a contract is not going to fix that.
What counts as a veterinarian?
Anyone practising as a vet in your practice. Assistants, nurses, receptionists, practice managers, students and bookkeepers are free, with their own login and their own permissions.
What happens above ten veterinarians?
Nothing on the licence. The site is capped at 390 EUR per month, so veterinarians beyond the cap add nothing to it. Metered usage — SMS and Peppol documents above the included bundles — is still billed on top, at the same rates as every other tier.
Is anything charged per use?

We are a group with several sites. How does that work?
The cap is per site. For multi-site groups and chains, talk to us and we will quote properly rather than making you infer it from a table.
