Veterinary medical records and hospitalisation software

Structured records from the first consult to discharge, with the checks that catch a dosing mistake before it leaves the room.

Notes a colleague can act on

Consultations are built from clinical templates with coded terminology, so the record of a dental or a lameness workup has the same shape whoever wrote it. Free text is still there when the case needs it; the structure is there so the case can be found again.

Coded terminology is also what makes the rest of the system work. A problem that is coded can be counted, benchmarked, pulled into a recall list and reported on. A problem typed into a paragraph cannot.

Prescriptions with the arithmetic done

The dose checker runs on every prescription, on the animal in front of you rather than on a textbook average.

  • Milligram to millilitre conversion against the animal's current weight
  • Dose range checks per species
  • Species toxicity warnings
  • Allergy conflicts against the patient's own record
  • Duplicate active prescriptions flagged before you add another

Hospital and inpatient work

  • A whiteboard of who is in, on what, and what is due next
  • Treatment sheets that record what was actually given and when
  • Fluid balance in and out
  • Pain scoring across the stay
  • Discharge summaries as PDF, sent to the owner in one step

Diagnostics

  • Lab orders with structured results, automatically flagged out of range
  • DICOM imaging: worklist, storage and viewer, with no separate imaging licence to buy
  • Weight history and growth curves with alerts
  • Surgery and anaesthesia records

Clinical questions

Is imaging an extra licence?

No. The DICOM worklist, storage and viewer are in the price at every tier. In the Belgian market an imaging module is commonly a separate subscription plus an installation fee.

Can I write my own consultation templates?

Yes, and apply them to an exam directly. Template management is part of the clinical module rather than a service call to us.

Are lab results typed in by hand?

Structured results come in and are flagged automatically when they fall outside range. Which analysers and labs connect directly depends on your setup, so ask us about yours specifically.

Can it issue health certificates?

Yes. Health certificates and attestations are filled from the animal's record and kept on it, alongside the discharge documents.
